I interviewed Jon Gordon, and Chrissy Altieri. John Gordon is a friend of mine who I have seen around a lot on campus, and around political events. I have grown to be good friends with john. Chrissy is my sister.
I have known Chrissy my whole life. I have Known about Jon for 3 years, and have just to know him more over the past 2 weeks.
Jon says I have strong skills because I am able to talk to him about many different issues, regarding life, and people. He feels he can trust me, allowing him to reside his feelings and beliefs without having me respond negatively.
Jon Suggested no improvements. However Chrissy told me that I can redirect my frustration towards doing something constructive in order for me to achieve my points or goals in life.
I already knew this about myself. I have taken many psychology classes where we have covered this same topic, and the results where still; the same.
However over the 3 months I know i still have to deal with my frustration in more constructive ways.
